You can install other operating systems on your VM beyond the default templates we provide.
Option 1: Upload your own ISO
If your account has ISO upload access, go to your VM in the control panel → ISO images and upload the image you want to install. Once uploaded, mount it and reinstall the VM.
Option 2: Request from us
If your account does not have upload access, or if you want a specific OS template added to your account, email [email protected] with the OS name and version you need.
We normally make the image available within 24 hours.
What to include in your request
- OS name and version (e.g.
FreeBSD 14.1,AlmaLinux 9,OpenBSD 7.5) - Architecture if non-standard (default is x86_64)
- A direct download URL to the official ISO if possible — speeds things up
